Standard First Aid Level 1 Duration: 4 hours

This course is recommended for company employees, youth groups, athletic club
staff, restaurant personnel, and the general public. This introductory
First Aid Course covers skills in patient assessment, medical emergency identification,
splinting and bandaging. It is suitable for those seeking a brief course
in first aid. Also ideal for use by companies looking to distribute
first aid knowledge to a large number of employees at a low cost. Ask

Standard First Aid Level 2 Duration: 8 hours

This course is designed for emergency and industrial response teams, athletic
trainers and people requiring more training than provided in Level 1.
It covers all of the topics in Level 1, but in greater detail, with oxygen
therapy and vital signs included. This course is suitable for corporate
and industrial first aid teams, or whenever a more extensive first aid course
is required. More hands on practice is given.
